God Bless the Broken Road (Rascal Flatts / Selah version) - sung at a wedding a few weeks ago.

We had a great time at Shakopee Derby Days on Thursday night. It was a big crowd, the weather was just right, and perhaps best of all - the sound system was awesome. We’re not audio geeks by any means, but it’s hard to describe to people what a treat it is to be able to HEAR yourself so clearly - both through the monitors and sitting in the audience as well. At the same time, you feel so exposed because it highlights every little voice crackle and fret squeak! Still, there’s a comfort that comes from the sound being so sensational, and we’re able to relax a bit more and focus on the intricacies of the songs.

Next up we’re singing a wedding, and then stay tuned because our Schram Vineyards date in September is likely to be moved to do a scheduling conflict.

As always, thanks for your support, encouragement and feedback. See you soon!

P.S. Oh, and we started writing our first original this week :-)
